Radial rake angle
The radial rake angle is the angle of the peripheral cutting edge on a cross-section surface orthogonal to the axial centerline of the tool. The larger the radial rake angle is then the sharper the cutting edge. However the cutting edge strength decreases.
The radial primary relief angle is the angle between the radial primary relief and the periphery of the peripheral cutting edge on a cross-section surface orthogonal to the axial centerline of the tool.

The radial secondary clearance angle is the angle between a tangent of the radial secondary clearance and the periphery of the peripheral cutting edge on a cross-section surface orthogonal to the axial centerline of the tool. This is generally applied to end mills diameter of over 13mm.

The axial secondary clearance angle is the angle between a plane orthogonal to the axial centerline of the tool and the axial secondary clearance.

End cutting edge
The end cutting edge is the cutting
edge of the end of the tool.

This is the angle of clearance from the outer corner of the end cutting edge to the axial centerline of the tool. The concavity angle prevents cutting resistance from being put on the whole end

The radial secondary clearance is a large clearance surface behind the radial primary relief.
This is generally applied to end mills that have a diameter over.

The peripheral cutting edge is a term that is used to describe the cutting edge on periphery of the tool.
The radial primary relief is a ground surface right behind the cutting edge to prevent contact with the workpiece.
Back taper, is a slight decrease in the drill diameter towards the shank of the drill. This is designed to prevent the drill periphery from rubbing the inner wall of a hole while drilling. The larger the back taper the lower the cutting resistance. However due to the decrease in the tool diameter, the number of times regrinding can be carried out is limited.
