Appendix applicable to users in Malaysia

This appendix (“Appendix”) supplements the Privacy Policy for the MMC Hardmetal (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Website (“Privacy Policy”) and sets forth, in greater detail, the information related to how we collect, use, and disclose the personal data of users in Malaysia.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN IN MALAYSIA

Regarding section 6 of this Privacy Policy, Malaysian law defines children as those under 18 years of age. Therefore, if we need to collect the personal information of a child under 18 years of age, we will obtain the consent of his/her parent, guardian or any individual with parental responsibility.
