Year 2012 - The company becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Metals, Ltd.

Year 2015 - The company becomes a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation and changes the company name to Mitsubishi Hitachi Tool Engineering, Ltd.

Year 2020 - The company becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation and changed the company name to MOLDINO Tool Engineering, Ltd.
