COUPLING
The MC6100 series enables a dramatic increase in stability and wear resistance, due to the improved coating adhesion and crystal orientation used in the latest Super Nano Texture Technology. The MC6115 grade is ideal for high speed turning of alloy steel and the MC6125 grade is the first recommendation for a wide range of applications in the machining of steels.

VP20RT grade for alloy steel grooving applications achieved the best balance of wear resistance and toughness to prevent fracturing.
With the combination of the GM breaker and medium feed rates, VP20RT works well in a wide variety of grooving applications.
