Web application to find the turning insert for improvement now available

Mitsubishi Materials’ DIAEDGE released the web application that support turning insert search for improvement.
This application supports finding the better tool from the current tools and estimating tool life and cutting speed.

Flank wear optimizer
Improve tool life by changing insert grade or cutting speed.

Tool optimizer
Improve tool life by changing insert grade and chip breaker.

Insert converter
Search the equivalent/improved tool to the other manufacture's product.
