Mitsubishi Materials has launched an innovative range of small boring bars for Swiss type automatic lathes. The whole series of these new boring bars are available in both solid carbide and steel. The inclusion of both types provides a choice for end users and provides the benefits of deeper boring capability due to the extra rigidity of the carbide type.

Mitsubishi Materials has developed three new grades of inserts dedicated to the machining of stainless steels. MC7115 for light cutting, MC7125 for general machining and MP7135 for heavy cutting applications.

Společnost Mitsubishi Materials nedávno rozšířila řady VQCS karbidových stopkových fréz s lamači třísek a začlenila výjimečný, extra dlouhý typ v provedení s hranatými i zaoblenými rohy. Extra dlouhá verze je představena společně s dlouhou a středně dlouhou délkou břitů - všechny typy jsou dodávány v geometrii s hranatými i zaoblenými rohy. Stávající řady dlouhého typu s hranatými rohy jsou navíc rozšířeny o další velikosti - Ø16 mm a Ø20 mm.
